This strategic leadership role requires a minimum of six years in hotel Food & Beverage operations. You will coordinate teams across Events, Culinary, Stewarding, and Outlets while fostering a culture of integrity and respect. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Events, Culinary, Stewarding, and Outlets teams • Ensure adherence to Fairmont Brand Standards • Increase guest satisfaction through product improvement • Assist in preparing and achieving the hotel's Business Plan • Conduct in-depth analysis of Food and Beverage trends

Requirements: • University degree in Hotel or F&B Management preferred • Minimum of 6 years in progressive leadership roles • Valid Food Safety and Smart Serve Certifications • Strong business acumen and revenue management experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
