Project Planning and Scope Management: Clarify project scope and client budget, develop detailed plans, timelines, resources, and budgets based on requirements. Internal Collaboration: Execute the client’s vision with internal teams while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Communication and Updates: Provide regular updates on project progress, changes, and milestones; coordinate, lead, and recap all internal and external project status meetings (kick‑off, status updates, financial reviews, post‑project review). Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential challenges or scope changes; work with clients to find solutions that align with their goals. Vendor Management: Own Oracle Fusion System (Purchase Order Requisitioner); partner with the Buyer to set up vendors, facilitate payments, document and track all vendor payments, and liaise with Legal, Buyer, AP, and CST for vendor payment inquiries. Compliance: Ensure Salesforce project compliance and Concur travel and expense approvals; understand client MSA financial and legal requirements, and maintain internal P‑card compliance (payments, coding, etc.). Profitability: Support CST in project budget development, manage project spend using Mosaic templates, forecast expenses, and conduct ongoing variance analysis with recommendations and communications. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks and inspections to meet or exceed client standards; ensure flawless planning and execution. Post‑Event Wrap: Gather client feedback, assess satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements. General Operations: Collaborate across departments, support the Associate Director in tool and template creation, contribute to agency culture and vision, and complete miscellaneous duties as assigned. Qualifications

Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in a marketing agency. Proven experience as a Project Manager for live events. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to work irregular hours as required by live event schedules. PMP certification is not required but viewed as a valuable asset.
