Energy Project Management Lead Role

• Coach and mentor project managers and controls staff
• Oversee Project Independent Reviews for ongoing projects
• Deliver training on forecasting and change management
• Drive excellence in project management practices
• Monitor budget, risk, and quality across projects Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business field
• 10+ years experience in project delivery
• Expertise in project financials and commercial risk
• Strong stakeholder-management communication skills
