Senior Project Manager

Reliance Impact is partnering with a renowned General Contractor doing ICI base build Projects across Toronto to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager.

This is an opportunity to lead meaningful construction projects while overseeing schedule, cost, quality, safety, stakeholder coordination, and overall project performance.

Requirements

6-8+ years of experience as Project Manager in Industrial, Commercial or Institutional projects

Strong knowledge of prime contracts, subcontracts, cost control, scheduling, and reporting.

Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Competitive salary range: $130,000-$150,000+ based on experience.
