Mortgage Enforcement Lawyer in Vaughan

Join an established law firm in Vaughan as a Mortgage Enforcement Lawyer with expertise in debt recovery and real estate. Manage mortgage enforcement and commercial financing transactions with a dedicated team. We are seeking an experienced Lawyer with a robust background in mortgage enforcement. This role requires at least two years of post-call experience and a strong focus on both residential and commercial mortgage matters. You will work closely with financial institution clients, delivering high-quality legal service and strategic advice. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Power of Sale proceedings and related documentation
• Advise clients on secured lending and real estate issues
• Oversee mortgaged properties and coordinate sales
• Maintain high standards of client service
• Handle commercial mortgage transactions efficiently Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of post-call real estate law experience
• Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Proven track record in mortgage enforcement
• Strong client service skills
