Responsibilities Sourcing, developing, and nurturing a pipeline of qualified mortgage and referral leads.
Providing expert mortgage advice to current and existing members, helping them achieve their home‑ownership goals.
Leveraging your network and COIs (real‑estate agents, builders, financial planners, community groups).
Using sales instincts and product knowledge to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
Underwriting with confidence while aligning with compliance and regulatory standards.
Actively engaging in community events and social media to represent Coast Capital and build brand trust.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
Qualifications Proven track record in mortgage sales, relationship‑building, and exceeding sales targets.
5+ years of strategic sales and networking experience in financial services, real‑estate, or related fields.
Deep knowledge of BC’s real‑estate market and current residential mortgage products.
Confidence and autonomy in managing your own schedule and pipeline.
Strong skills in underwriting, financial analysis, and CRM systems.
Familiarity with digital lead‑generation tools and community engagement platforms.
Passion for helping others build better futures.
