Our global pharmaceutical company seeks a Sales Specialist for the CNS department. This role requires a dedicated individual to manage customer accounts across Western Canada, achieving sales targets through effective relationship management. You will develop business plans, engage in needs-based selling, and demonstrate ownership of your territory, utilizing various data sources to identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
• Sell products within assigned geographic territory
• Conduct needs-based discussions with customers
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Analyze data to identify business opportunities
• Manage territory to maximize call frequency on physicians Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Sciences
• 5-7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to challenges quickly
