• Provide outstanding service to personal lines clients
• Manage client accounts through EPIC Broker Management System
• Support various operations via insurance portals
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats Requirements:
• Active RIBO or convertible OTL license
• Minimum of 5 years in personal lines insurance
• Relevant degree or diploma in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills Bring your expertise in personal lines and commitment to client management to our Vaughan team.
