Personal Lines Client Manager At Nfp Edmonton

Contribute to NFP’s mission as a Personal Lines Client Manager in an adaptable hybrid role based in Alberta. Provide expert advice on insurance solutions tailored to client needs. This full time, permanent position relies on your extensive industry knowledge and experience.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining client relationships, issuing policies, and processing client renewals. Focus on enhancing the client experience through upselling and collaboration with insurers, driving both retention and premium growth.
Key Responsibilities Provide personalized service for all client inquiries
Manage policy issuance via insurers’ online platforms
Process midterm changes and renewals efficiently
Upsell insurance coverages to meet client needs
Maintain knowledge of latest insurance products
Requirements AB Gen 1 license is required
At least 3 years' personal lines experience necessary
Proven experience managing multiple clients preferred
Excellent computer skills, especially in Broker management systems
Qualified designations like CAIB, CIP are valued
