Position Details

Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 44 hours per week Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience Work site setting: Non-smoking, Air conditioned Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000 Responsibilities

Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations Recruit and hire staff Supervise staff Conduct performance reviews Conduct training sessions Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities Perform front desk duties Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities Enforce policies and procedures Address customer complaints or concerns Assist clients/guests with special needs Establish work schedules Manage events Organize and maintain inventory Supervision

First Aid Certificate Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook Central reservation system (CRS) experience Security and safety knowledge Bondable Criminal record check required Transportation / Travel
