Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience

Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort
Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000
Responsibilities Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
Recruit and hire staff
Supervise staff
Conduct performance reviews
Conduct training sessions
Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
Perform front desk duties
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
Enforce policies and procedures
Address customer complaints or concerns
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Establish work schedules
Manage events
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervision Supervision 11-15 people
Supervision 16-20 people
Qualifications and Certifications First Aid Certificate
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Central reservation system (CRS) experience
Security and safety knowledge
Bondable
Criminal record check required
Transportation / Travel Valid driver’s licence
Own vehicle
