Take charge of residential operations as a full-time Building Manager in Edmonton, AB. Oversee tenant satisfaction and property maintenance in a dynamic apartment community. We are seeking a reliable full-time Building Manager for our growing property management company in Edmonton. This role involves daily management of residential buildings, ensuring high occupancy, and addressing tenant needs efficiently. Your responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance, conducting inspections, and supporting leasing activities to maintain excellent property conditions. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of residential apartment buildings
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections meticulously
• Respond professionally to tenant inquiries and concerns
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with staff and contractors
• Show available suites to prospective tenants Requirements:
• Experience in property management or building operations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and property software
