Lead Construction Manager Safety & Quality Edmonton

Job Overview Join as a Lead Construction Manager, overseeing multiple projects while ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence. Collaborate with trades and departments to enhance project outcomes.
In the role of Construction Manager, you will lead site teams and technicians, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and to quality standards. Supporting the hiring, training, and development of site superintendents is essential, as is maintaining safety compliance and effective trade relationships.
Key Responsibilities Build robust internal relationships with departments
Monitor project progress and compliance with schedules
Implement construction process improvements
Conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance
Support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
Requirements Associate's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
Proven experience in construction management
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance measures
Robust analytical skills for schedule and performance assessment
Excellent interpersonal communication
