Lead Quality Engineer in Automation

Elevate quality engineering with our Reinsurance team as a Lead Quality Engineer in Toronto. This hybrid contract role focuses on advanced automation solutions and enhancing testing frameworks. We seek two skilled professionals to pioneer quality automation for our Reinsurance technology initiatives. You'll establish a comprehensive testing strategy involving API, UI, and data validation automation. The development of a robust automation framework will be key in fulfilling business objectives and ensuring seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable QA automation frameworks
• Automate critical workflows and data validations
• Manage test assets using Jira/Zephyr for optimal traceability
• Ensure successful integration into CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor team members in automation best practices Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in Quality Engineering/Automation roles
• Proficient in Java, C#, Python, or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience with REST API and web UI automation tools
• Knowledge of Jira and CI/CD processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills Lead the charge in enhancing quality assurance through automation in Toronto's reinsurance sector.
