Quality Assurance Manager at Amrize

Lead the Quality Assurance team at Amrize North America. This role focuses on optimizing concrete mix designs, enhancing quality procedures, and ensuring superior customer support across the Greater Edmonton/Northern Alberta area. Amrize North America is searching for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee QA/QC operations. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in concrete or related fields and possess technical expertise in cement and aggregates. Your work will include managing quality plans, conducting audits, and collaborating with engineers and clients to uphold quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer quality plans and processes for local area
• Develop and lead the Quality Assurance team
• Assess concrete mix designs and optimize efficiencies
• Conduct laboratory experiments for new product development
• Foster relationships with industry stakeholders and clients Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Technologist Designation
• 3-5 years of experience in the concrete industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Commitment to safety standards and protocols Enhance quality assurance in concrete while leading a dedicated team at Amrize.
