Senior Manager, Quality Engineering at Upshop

Step into a leadership role at Upshop as a Senior Quality Engineering Manager. Spearhead quality initiatives focused on automation and AI for a cutting-edge SaaS platform in food retail. - Mentor and lead Quality Engineers in product squads
- Implement and maintain quality engineering standards
- Develop and scale automation frameworks for web/mobile
- Push for CI/CD practices and an automation-first approach
- Establish key quality metrics for continuous improvement
- 7+ years in Quality Engineering or Test Automation
- 3+ years in a managerial role overseeing teams
- Proficiency in Cypress, Karate, and Node.js
- In-depth CI/CD process knowledge in SaaS
- Strong ability in communication and stakeholder engagement
