Operations Team Lead for Quality Management

Lead operations and ensure high-quality standards as a Team Lead in Supervision & Quality. Drive performance, oversee facility support, and coordinate vendors in this full-time role. As the Team Lead, Operations – Supervision & Quality, you will oversee facility support delivery at assigned sites. This leadership role involves mentoring teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery, conducting inspections, and managing operational performance. Your focus will be on cleanliness, safety, and supporting continuous improvement efforts throughout various service lines. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor cleaning and facility support staff
• Oversee daily operations including cleaning and security services
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage schedules effectively
• Conduct inspections for compliance, quality, and safety
• Manage vendor relationships and validate work orders Requirements:
• 1-3 years of cleaning supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and cleaning standards
• Valid Driver’s License with willingness to travel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Elevate operational performance, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction as you lead BGIS facility support teams.
