Team Lead for Youth Programs

Lead impactful services at 360°kids as a Team Lead focused on health and well-being for at-risk youth in York Region. This role emphasizes innovative programming and team oversight. 360°kids is seeking a Team Lead to manage Connections Emergency Housing operations. The successful candidate will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring effective programming, crisis management, and staff development. You'll align program goals with organizational mission while enhancing community capacity building and inclusion. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute day-to-day housing operations
• Supervise team to provide innovative youth care
• Foster a culture of inclusion and community support
• Collaborate with Youth HUB Manager on program activities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Child/Youth related field
• Minimum three years working with at-risk youth
• One year of supervisory experience required
• Proven leadership and relationship management skills
• Current First Aid/CPR certification needed
