Manufacturing Project Lead at Quality & Company

Drive project success at Quality & Company as a Manufacturing Project Lead in an in-office setting. Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely delivery from Monday to Friday. As a key Project Lead, you will manage critical manufacturing projects and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. A minimum of three years in supervisory roles is needed to excel in this position. Your responsibilities will involve client interaction, enhancing communication, and ensuring project profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily correspondence with clients
- Perform multiple floor rounds for oversight
- Schedule tasks across various manufacturing divisions
- Ensure adherence to shipping schedules
- Collaborate closely with design and purchasing teams
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to understand shop drawings is a plus
