Take the helm as President at a premier exploration firm focused on critical minerals. Drive operations, enhance project delivery, and build stakeholder relationships. GateSource HR Mining Recruitment seeks a strategic leader to guide daily operations and collaborate closely with the CEO. In this role, you will execute capital raising strategies and engage with stakeholders while prioritizing leadership, safety, and sustainability in every initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct operations in exploration, development, and corporate sectors
- Ensure execution of strategic plans and key performance indicators
- Provide high-level technical insight for ongoing projects
- Manage investor relations and fundraising initiatives effectively
- Represent the company in community and regulatory engagements
Requirements
- Degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in mineral exploration and executive roles
- Proven expertise in capital raising for mining projects
- Solid grasp of project economics and compliance
- Exceptional communication skills for relationship building
