Quality Assurance Specialist in Manufacturing

Elevate product quality as a Quality Assurance Specialist in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Manage non-conformities and lead corrective actions to enhance performance. In this pivotal role, you will foster a quality-focused culture by aiding teams in effectively applying the Quality Management System. With your technical insight and leadership, you will drive data-based decisions, support management, and spearhead quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Support application of the Quality Management System across teams
• Serve as quality expert for production and technical support
• Manage critical non-conformities from initiation to closure
• Conduct technical investigations using proven problem-solving tools
• Document and share best practices to boost team engagement Requirements:
• Strong understanding of quality management systems
• Experience with CAPA and quality data analysis
• Skilled in problem-solving methodologies like 5 Whys and Ishikawa
• Proven ability to lead improvement projects
• Capable of clear communication across departments Contribute your expertise to enhance quality performance in our manufacturing processes.
