Elevate quality management practices with Intersand as a Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Specialist. Your expertise will drive compliance, foster quality culture, and support strategic objectives across all sites. Reporting to the Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, you'll manage the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its integrity and effective implementation. With over five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, you will handle quality documentation, conduct audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives crucial for operational success. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure maintenance and compliance of the Quality Management System
• Manage quality documentation and train employees on QMS requirements
• Conduct internal audits and collaborate on external audits
• Implement corrective and preventive actions based on analyses
• Monitor performance indicators and prepare management reviews Requirements:
• College degree in science or equivalent experience
• 5 to 10 years in quality assurance within manufacturing
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality system management
