Key Account Manager (Night Shift)

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Key Account Manager (Night Shift) for downtown Toronto, ON to the Scandi Family! You will manage a client portfolio of one site located at the Toronto (Downtown Arena). What's in it for you

Reporting into the Regional Director of Operations, this is a full‑time permanent position working hours 11PM to 7AM with some need for flexibility to work weekends depending on the event schedule. Responsible for all overnight operational activity in the assigned region, under the leadership of the Senior Director of Operations. Coordinate with the daytime Account Manager in the region with any issues or concerns. Oversee completion and appropriate department filing of all company reports, accidents, incidents, damage etc. Provide direction and supervision to Owner Operators and/or Hourly Employees as needed. Assist with onboarding and provide ongoing training to Owner Operators and/or Hourly Employees as needed. Travel requirements will be 80% local travel (daily within the local city/area) and up to 20% travel within a larger region. What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 2–3 years of management/leadership experience with direct reports. Subject‑matter expert in commercial cleaning. Excellent customer service and communication skills with demonstrated dependability and problem‑solving. Flexibility in work hours. Intermediate computer skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Additional Job Details

20‑minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter. 40‑minute to an hour assessment (soft skills and personality). 30‑minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role.
