Mentoring junior team members will be a key responsibility, enhancing their skills while delivering quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate building systems and components on-site
- Document findings in clear technical reports
- Develop preliminary estimates for client planning
- Oversee tendering, including all related documentation
- Facilitate construction administration and site reviews
- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Required P.Eng. designation, in good standing
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
