Become a pivotal Building Science Technologist in Calgary, where you’ll integrate architectural design with real-world performance assessments. The position involves creating detailed designs, conducting thorough field inspections, and managing client communications to ensure the highest standards in building projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review details for building enclosure systems
• Accurately draft construction documents in AutoCAD
• Conduct field inspections to verify building compliance
• Maintain detailed documentation of site conditions and issues
• Act as a client liaison to address technical challenges Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Technologies, Civil Engineering, or similar
• 3 to 5 years of relevant consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of Alberta and National Codes
• Advanced AutoCAD skills and familiarity with Bluebeam
