Harbour Hills, an ICI general contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee diverse projects throughout the Greater Hamilton Area and Niagara Region. If you have a proven track record in Ontario construction, this role offers autonomy, direct access to leadership, and a strong pipeline of exciting developments. You will ensure compliance, budget accuracy, and effective team collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
• Review documents and develop accurate project estimates
• Coordinate tender packages and manage trade contracts
• Own budgeting and change-order processes
• Lead construction meetings and keep project logs updated
• Mentor project staff and manage operational goals Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in Ontario construction
• Engineering degree or Construction Management diploma
• Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud and MS Project
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and budgeting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Lead significant construction projects with Harbour Hills while building a strong local presence.
