Plant Controller - Operations Focus Mary's Harbour
AGROPUR, COOPERATIVE
Become the Plant Controller specializing in operations at Agropur. This role involves overseeing financial processes, yield analysis, and supporting operational excellence. In this position, you will act as a business partner to the manufacturing team, ensuring accurate financial information and improving operational efficiency. Your expertise in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis will guide efforts in financial optimization and transformation projects. A Bachelor’s degree and CPA designation, along with 3 to 5 years of experience, will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and report on raw material yields
Assist with month‑end closing and operational expenditure analysis
Present financial results to operational leadership
Develop monthly plant budget projections
Collaborate on costing and performance metrics
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
Completed CPA designation or 3 to 5 years experience
Experience in manufacturing preferred
Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Power Query is advantageous
