Join BGBx as an Agency Operations Manager specializing in AI and Transformation. Drive operational excellence and implement innovative AI solutions across the organization. This role partners closely with senior leadership to execute agency-wide AI initiatives. The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in operations or project management, focusing on process improvement and technology adoption. Key responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing project implementations, and facilitating employee training for new AI tools. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead AI enablement programs across agency teams
• Develop AI playbooks and training materials
• Monitor AI adoption metrics and improve user experience
• Standardize processes for operational consistency
• Manage projects from planning through stabilization Requirements:
• Over 5 years in agency operations or project management
• Expertise in SOP creation and documentation
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication
• Experience in healthcare communications preferred
