Lead operations as an Operations Manager at a boutique resort on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast, where exceptional guest service is paramount. Drive efficiency and foster a culture of engagement in hospitality. The Operations Manager will oversee daily dining operations and ensure a guest-oriented environment. This leadership role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years in hospitality operations, aiming to motivate teams and enhance customer experiences. You will facilitate training, build relationships with guests, and ensure smooth operations on the floor. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operational briefings and team communications
• Manage scheduling and operational efficiencies effectively
• Support team training in service and beverage knowledge
• Engage actively with guests to build relationships
• Monitor cash handling and manage inventory processes Requirements:
• 3–5 years in hospitality operations leadership
• Strong service-driven focus and floor presence
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of group dining and events is a plus
