This role requires a adaptable schedule, including potential weekends.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, initiate treatments, and prescribe medications following regulatory standards and policies. Collaborate with a energetic team to enhance health services and implement evidence-based strategies for better patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnoses
Initiate treatments including health care management strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care
Implement evidence-based health strategies in practice
Evaluate service outcomes through peer and program reviews
Requirements Current BCCNM registration as a Nurse Practitioner
Experience as a Nurse Practitioner is an asset
Ability to perform full scope NP duties
Knowledge of pharmacology and treatment evaluations
Robust communication skills with patients and families
