Junior Manager for Operational Excellence

Enhance performance at Mondelez as a Junior Manager focused on IL6S in Canada. Drive loss elimination and foster technical capability development within teams. This in-office role demands your expertise to design and implement the IL6S system, aligning with vital productivity goals. You will lead data collection for loss intelligence and manage training for advanced eradication tools. Coaching teams in TPM and ensuring safety standards will also be pivotal in achieving zero accident targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Define end-to-end data collection for loss intelligence
• Manage training programs for advanced eradication tools
• Implement IL6S pillars and operating procedures
• Coach teams on TPM methods and equipment care
• Ensure alignment with safety processes focused on zero accidents Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred
• Experience in continuous improvement methods
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with TPM and loss analysis techniques Leverage your expertise in IL6S methodologies to foster operational excellence at Mondelez.
