Drive operational efficiency as an Operational AI Specialist at ConeTec. Collaborate closely with teams to leverage AI for enhanced productivity and informed decision-making. Reporting directly to the COO, this role focuses on meeting department leaders to pinpoint challenges and recommend AI solutions. Your hands-on approach will facilitate the rollout and adoption of tools, ensuring teams are equipped to make data-driven decisions. Frequent on-site engagement will strengthen implementation success. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departments to identify impactful AI applications
- Manage the Microsoft 365 Copilot optimization
- Provide training materials for AI tool adoption
- Supervise data governance and maintain compliance standards
- Analyze and report on AI performance metrics
- 3-6 years of experience in AI and data solutions
- Proficient with Azure Data and Microsoft 365 software
- Strong alignment and collaboration skills with stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
- Preparedness for travel to engage teams on-site
