Dental Operations Specialist Role

Elevate dental practices with your expertise as a Dental Operations Specialist. This role focuses on learning business operations while driving strategic initiatives for practice growth and excellence. In this role, you will immerse yourself in the practices, understanding their processes and workflows. With 3-5 years of business operations experience, your mission is to optimize operational efficiency and support practice growth through strategic projects. You'll communicate effectively with doctors, leverage emerging software, and demonstrate your problem-solving abilities in ambiguous situations. Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and master each dental practice's operations
• Own workflows and projects for corporate functions
• Collaborate with doctors to enhance practice performance
• Use data to inform decisions and gain stakeholder buy-in
• Navigate unique situations with adaptability Requirements:
• 3-5 years of business operations experience
• 1-2 years in early-stage startup operations
• Familiarity with autonomous workplace settings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
