Pharmacist Role in Pharmacy Operations
Shoppers Drug Mart
Lead Pharmacy operations with a focus on excellent customer service and professional consultation. This role involves dispensing medications and maintaining patient confidentiality while following regulations. As a Pharmacist, you will manage Pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while providing customer and healthcare consultations. You'll dispense medications accurately and maintain essential records, practicing within your full scope of service. Customer interactions are key, as well as liaising with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Pharmacy operations under regulatory requirements
• Dispense medication accurately and counsel customers
• Maintain confidentiality and customer privacy standards
• Oversee inventory and identify expired stock
• Ensure a professional image of the Pharmacy is upheld Requirements:
• Proven decision-making and independent thinking
• Experience in customer service and a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of Pharmacy systems is a plus
• Commitment to Health & Safety procedures
• Continuous education and training engagement Position yourself to optimize Pharmacy services through exceptional customer relations and efficient operations.
