Operational Risk Manager - Global Functions

Lead Operational Risk and Policy compliance within Global Functions Technology at GFT. This role emphasizes strong communication, risk assessment, and the management of IT-related risks in a collaborative setting.

In the position of Operational Risk Manager, you will support the GFT COO in navigating risk policies and standards effectively. With 3-5 years of operational risk management experience, you will work closely with IT Risk Leads on compliance and control issues. The focus will be on ensuring quality in risk assessments while leveraging advanced technology like agentic AI and LLMs.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a 1B Reviewer and Risk Consultant • Support IT Risk Leads on compliance issues • Govern ITRM Risk Findings and EIM Issues • Oversee Operational Risk Activities in projects • Create management reports and presentations using LLMs

Requirements: • 3-5 years in Operational Risk Management • Knowledge of Cyber Security standards • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, JIRA, and Archer
