Assistant Front Office Manager Role

Pan Pacific Vancouver

Elevate your hospitality career as an Assistant Front Office Manager, leading daily operations in a prominent hotel. Ensure high standards in guest service and front desk management for optimal guest experiences.

In this hands-on position under the Rooms Division Manager, you will supervise Front Office staff and assist with daily check-ins and check-outs. Your leadership will shape team responsiveness to business fluctuations while maximizing revenue through upselling and effective room inventory management.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop Front Office associates for excellent service • Manage room inventory and drive upsell programs • Address guest concerns promptly and courteously • Collaborate with security for guest safety and security • Oversee hotel operations in the absence of senior management

Requirements: • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in large-scale rooms operations • Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management preferred • Proficient with hotel booking systems, Opera preferred • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of safety procedures, First Aid certification an asset
