• Ensure professional handling of guest complaints promptly
• Facilitate communication between front and back of house staff
• Execute operations adhering to HR policies and procedures
• Forecast sales to achieve team goals effectively
• Delegate tasks and manage staff workloads appropriately Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a comparable management role
• Advanced knowledge of guest services and food & beverage
• Strong English communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience in budget analysis and cash handling
