Automotive Program Manager at Pangeo Group

Lead automotive programs at Pangeo Group, a global supplier in Vaughan, Ontario. Drive projects from quotation to launch while ensuring quality and efficiency across teams. As the Program Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of automotive projects, balancing technical, financial, and organizational demands. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure alignment with customer objectives and manage cross-functional teams effectively. You will also be hands-on on the shop floor during critical phases to ensure smooth operations and timely program launches. Key Responsibilities:
• Own accountability for program success from start to finish
• Develop detailed timing plans aligning with customer milestones
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet budget and quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues during launch on the shop floor
• Monitor program performance and implement improvements Requirements:
• Experience managing automotive programs in a manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication with customers and teams
