Community Program Supervisor Group Fitness Markham

Key Responsibilities Mentor and support Group Fitness Instructors
Assist in hiring and training fitness staff
Monitor budgets and capital needs
Lead Recent Member Orientation appointments
Present promotional materials effectively
Requirements Postsecondary education in a relevant discipline
At least three years in a supervisory fitness role
Valid Group Fitness Certification required
Proficient in MS Office and virtual platforms
Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
