Key Responsibilities: Assess and analyze clients' functional capacities
Conduct community visits for comprehensive evaluations
Facilitate group therapy and skill development sessions
Coordinate with professionals for service recommendations
Educate staff on rehabilitation strategies and practices
Requirements: Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
At least two years’ experience in a mental health setting
Valid B.C. Class V Driver’s License needed
Understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation techniques
Solid planning and organizational skills
