Make a meaningful impact in children's lives as an Occupational Therapist with Peace Collaborative Services in Northwestern Alberta. Join a dynamic multi-disciplinary school team working with students from Preschool to Grade 12. Peace Collaborative Services is looking for two passionate Occupational Therapists for a full-time role. You will develop and implement intervention programs, collaborate with Speech-Language Therapists and Psychologists, and provide direct treatment to children. Supervision of para-professional staff and input on program direction are key components of this role. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and assess individual intervention programs
• Provide direct therapy to children in educational settings
• Instruct teachers and volunteers in therapy techniques
• Supervise para-professional staff and support Educational Assistants
• Attend meetings and contribute to program evaluations Requirements:
• Registration or eligibility with ACOT or CAOT
• Valid driver's license with travel availability
• Initiative and strong problem-solving skills
• Pediatric experience is a plus
• Police Information and Child Intervention Record Checks Leverage your expertise to help children thrive in an inclusive educational setting.
