Empower patients at Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital as an Occupational Therapist in the Neurological & Medical Complex Care unit. Help patients regain independence with tailored, evidence-based interventions. This temporary full-time position allows you to make meaningful connections while developing clinical skills in an interdisciplinary team. Your role involves assessing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating on comprehensive care strategies, and supervising Occupational Therapist Assistants. You’ll engage in patient education, participate in team initiatives, and maintain clinical documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement occupational therapy treatment interventions
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams for care plans
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants in care delivery
• Participate in meetings supporting patient care activities
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards Requirements:
• University degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Current ADP Authorizer for Mobility Aids or eligibility to apply
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills Utilize your clinical expertise to drive patient success at Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital.
