Your expertise will significantly contribute to enhancing occupational performance and quality of life for clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient functional abilities with assessment tools
• Establish tailored therapy goals for occupational performance
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Document treatment plans and assessments as required
• Build trusting relationships with patients’ support networks Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• In-depth understanding of occupational therapy practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license for transportation
• Bilingual in English and French Utilize your skills to support health and wellness at Ontario Health atHome.
