• Collaborate with internal and external healthcare professionals
• Facilitate case reviews and health meetings regularly

Requirements:

• Licensed or eligible for practice in British Columbia
• Certification as an Audiometric Technician required
• Advanced First Aid certification and Spirometry training needed
• Strong documentation skills in electronic medical records
• Experience with Disability Case Management
