We're seeking a casual Hand Therapist for our Hand Therapy Program, affiliated with Mackenzie Health Hospital. This role involves therapy, education, and rehabilitation for patients with upper extremity conditions. You will work closely with a high-performance interdisciplinary team while experiencing varied challenges daily.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans • Perform therapeutic activities like splinting and pain management • Assist plastic and orthopedic surgeons in clinics • Educate patients on their recovery processes • Optimize patient function and independence

Requirements: • Active member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario • 3-5 years experience in Hand Therapy • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work flexibly across two sites • BLS certificate is required
