At Lifemark, we are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist committed to supporting individuals facing various physical, cognitive, and mental wellness challenges. You will provide individualized treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and manage return-to-function strategies for clients, including veterans and first responders. Your expertise will help create a positive difference in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide assessments and program-based treatments for clients • Manage concussion and return-to-function planning • Evaluate physical, cognitive, and psychological functions • Educate clients and employers on the recovery process • Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team

Requirements: • 1–3 years of OT experience preferred • Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and standards • Valid Driver's License may be required
