Program Manager Associate in Mississauga

Elevate patient support initiatives with a full-time Associate Program Manager role in Mississauga, Ontario. Manage reimbursement specialists and improve processes while ensuring optimal team performance. As a key player, the Associate Program Manager reports to the Program Manager and oversees the Patient Support Program's daily operations. You'll be responsible for training new staff, managing KPIs, and resolving escalations. Your expertise in reimbursement will help drive success in patient-focused services across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise program performance and daily team activities
• Educate team on performance standards and program details
• Maintain training records and HR files for compliance
• Ensure effective communication of regional operational occurrences
• Conduct quality audits and recommend operational improvements Requirements:
• 2+ years in patient support program reimbursement
• Degree in management or health science preferred
• Bilingual in English/French is an asset
• Experience in people management is beneficial
• Strong verbal and written communication skills Lead the team towards success in a patient-centric program management role.
