Your expertise in coaching and guiding a small HR team will be essential in driving team success. Key Responsibilities

Supervise HR operations, including recruitment and training Handle labor relations for two unions and manage grievances Develop and mentor a small HR team for optimal performance Requirements

Minimum 5 years in HR management with direct reports Required CHRP/CHRL designation and post-secondary education Capacity to operate in a agile, evolving workplace Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor effectively Experience with grievance management in unionized settings Harness your skills to drive change and growth in a leading healthcare organization.
