Finance Manager - Margin Enhancement (Mississauga)

Job Overview Finance Manager – Margin Enhancement based in Mississauga, Ontario. Reports to the General Manager and is responsible for margin optimization, data analytics, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities Collect, analyze, transform, and consolidate large volumes of financial and operational data.
Partner with finance functional teams to set roadmap and priorities for performance resilience, productivity, and margin refinement projects.
Develop high‑quality reports, analytics & KPIs using best practices, ensuring data integrity and effective visualization.
Maintain and evolve accurate global data structures for business intelligence tools.
Support continuous process improvement related to metrics, reporting and strategy.
Participate in quarterly customer forecasts and annual operating plans.
Provide corporate reporting, analytical support and insights to key stakeholders.
Implement and sustain continuous improvement mindset and business transformation efforts.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics or a related business discipline.
Completion of CPA designation, MBA, or pursuit of either, plus 5+ years relevant financial experience.
Preferred experience in consumer goods or retail sectors.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑driven analyst with meticulous attention to detail.
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Hyperion HFM, SAP, Essbase or equivalents.
Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Power Query, or other data‑analytics tools is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimization initiatives.
Strong business acumen and collaborative approach with functional business leaders.
Adaptability to change and ability to work under pressure in a deadline‑based environment.
