We are looking for a seasoned Manager of Finance & Reporting to enhance our finance team. This pivotal role requires a Canadian CPA designation and entails overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and analytical insights. You will work closely with senior leadership while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and excellent communication throughout the team. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Oversee compliance with lease accounting standards under ASC 842
• Manage revenue recognition policies in accordance with ASC 606
• Research and resolve complex accounting issues proactively
• Design and monitor internal controls for financial reporting Requirements:
• Canadian CPA designation in finance or accounting
• Deep knowledge of ASC 842 and ASC 606
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
