Part-Time Front of House Supervisor

Elevate guest experiences with your leadership as a Part-Time Front of House Supervisor. In this hands-on role, you will focus on customer service and team development while fostering a positive workplace culture. We are looking for a motivated candidate with hospitality passion and leadership skills to join our team. This position requires overseeing front-of-house operations and mentoring team members to ensure the highest standards. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will work closely with management to meet operational goals and drive guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at all times
• Supervise and coach Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in restaurant operations
• Manage inventory and assist with financial tasks
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and engagement efforts Requirements:
• Previous hospitality leadership experience preferred
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and safety standards Use your leadership skills to enhance operations and guest satisfaction in our vibrant dining environment.
